Welcome to Road Talkz. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Road Talkz website (https://roadtalkz.com), mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Road Talkz Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware, USA.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
You may request deletion of your account at any time.
Road Talkz offers paid subscription plans for individual users and fleet clients. Pricing and features vary by plan and are described on the website. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Monthly and annual billing options are available.
By subscribing, you authorize Road Talkz to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds are issued for partially used periods unless required by law.
For fleets with 100+ drivers, custom Enterprise plans are available.
All content, features, and functionality on the Service, including but not limited to text, software, graphics, and audio exercises, are owned by Road Talkz Inc. or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
You retain ownership of the voice recordings and other content you upload or generate. By using the Service, you grant Road Talkz Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service (e.g., pronunciation evaluation and progress tracking).
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data, including:
Name, email, and contact information
Voice recordings submitted for exercises
Usage analytics and device data
We use Google Analytics to improve our service, OpenAI for pronunciation evaluation, and Stripe for payment processing. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
We may use third-party services that operate under their own terms, including:

OpenAI API
Stripe Payments
You agree to their respective terms where applicable.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you are violating these Terms or using the Service inappropriately.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of content or availability of the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Road Talkz Inc. disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or via the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
